Terms and Conditions of each Advice Service

Limit of 1 hour worth of work preparing and communicating the answer to your question
No documents checking is included in our immigration advice session – Try our Document Checking Service
Limit to a number of questions that can be asked – after 1 hour of work is completed then work will stop – Questions will be answered based on order in the email starting from the top
Answers may not be available for complex cases that require extensive work by a high-level immigration consultant
Normally 5 questions can be answered with this service, but depending on the complexity there can be more or less

Time limit of up to 30 minutes immigration advice by phone
It is expected questions are emailed to us in advance to provide the best possible response. Although our consultants are extremely experienced, some questions may require research through immigration policy – this approach ensure you get the answer you need when we discuss your query on the phone. You are not required to send questions in advance, but it can help get a better answer and more complete solution to your immigration query
